Privacy

The hub keeps what it needs to work, and shows less than that.

What we store

• Your character name, as the game server gave it when you signed in. It is shown with what you publish and the comments you write.
• Internal account and character keys from the game. They tie what you post to you so you can edit it, and they give each account one rating per item. No page ever shows them.
• What you publish: theme and deck codes, titles, descriptions and background images.
• Your ratings and comments, and the reports you send.
• Sign-in sessions: a cookie that keeps this browser signed in for up to 7 days. Signing out ends it.
• Counts of tries, installs and imports, used to show what is popular.

What others see

• Your character name next to what you publish and your comments. Never your account name.
• Each character has its own public page. Nothing on the hub links two characters of the same account.
• Ratings are counted per account and never shown by name. Others see only the average and how many people rated.
• Only moderators see reports.

Automatic checks

To keep the hub safe, the text you post (titles, descriptions, names inside theme and deck codes, comments), the character names that go with it, and background images are sent to Anthropic, the maker of the Claude AI models, for an automatic check. They are sent for that check only. The rules explain how the checks work.

Cookies

The hub sets a sign-in cookie, a short-lived cookie that protects its forms, a cookie that remembers your light or dark choice, and a cookie that links this browser while you pair it with the game. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Keeping and deleting

You can unpublish anything you published and delete your comments from My items. Moderators keep a record of removed content and reports for as long as they need it to handle abuse.
